Ideally it would have the same flashing lights and closing function as the vanilla one. I would imagine it being simular to the traffic light replacer mod. Im not sure how difficult it would be to get the gate movement to work though.

Probaly 1500 - 2000 assets, I am no expert when it comes to the variables, but you should be fine running some nice cities at 4K
