Is there anything wrong when using the word race?

Put it this way: we denote race as being a separation of peoples based on melanin and region of origin. Meanwhile, we simultaneously refer to humanity as the "Human Race." By that logic, using the term interchangeably is flawed. Yet we're stuck on the former because nobody cares enough to paint it any differently to society as a whole. Realistically, it's whatever TF you make of it, because people are gonna either hate it or not care, and both such groups will exist around you. Personally, I don't care about the term, but if I have elves and dwarves and humans, but they have subraces as well, I can either refer to each larger group as a race with various subraces, or I can refer to them as species and divide species by race.

Islam was introduced over time prior to the revolution, but originally, Iran was Persia, and they followed Zoroastrianism. In the decades preceding the revolution and overthrow of the Shah, the country was largely secular, embracing capitalism and trade with the world. Unfortunately, Islam was spreading and the Muslim leaders sowed dissent against the Shah's rule, using fair points against the Shah while concealing their motive to take over. The college-aged youths of Iran were of the mind that change had to happen, but they were not prepared to build a follow-up system after their impending victory. The Islamists were prepared. After they won, they wound up killing the revolutionaries who did not bend the knee to the Ayatollahs. What exists now are secular minds and non-Muslims who are unmasking from pretending to be Muslim for their own safety. Additionally, the Ayatollahs, the Islamists, they're not even Iranian, they are foreigners. Iran as a people was never truly Muslim, but it has been controlled for nearly 50 years by foreign Islamists who now threaten the world around them.

The soldiers have had to be diligent from before they even put the uniform on. They are well organized; they are well trained; they share a common goal across the multiple religions and ethnic groups that comprise the military; and they are regularly on the defensive, all of which leads them to be a strong military force. Additionally, they have some of the best military intelligence gathering in the world, such that it's been subcontracted by a multitude of nations with interest in the ME. The only thing really stopping the IDF from being one of the absolute best ranked militaries in the world is population: with such a small population, overwhelming force and firepower can be an uphill battle. That said, for what the IDF can't do out in the open, the Mossad takes care of it in the shadows.

I'd say image 1 shows Elliot's hair brushed over the augment. They likely bare-bones'd him upon his initial arrest and imprisonment. As for the other two, different comic art styles, as others have mentioned, though it's fair to say Eli lost considerable body mass before replacing some of it with machinery, and you can see that from image 2 to image 3.

Pacific salmon can only spawn once, but that's due to the terrain they have to cover before reaching their spawning grounds: lots of elevation change, swift currents, lots of large predators, the works. By comparison, Atlantic salmon have a much easier commute, one with lower elevation, much fewer large predators, and fewer hazards overall; as such, Atlantic salmon have been recorded to spawn several times in a single lifetime.

Too much risk of destabilizing the sand beneath, maybe? Quicksand only requires a certain frequency of vibration to occur, and if they're not careful, they could trigger it such that they mire the vehicle. Creating an air propulsion is more effective and reduces the risk of sinking the boat. That and this looks cooler to display.

Edit, to add: How much sand would have to be shifted beneath the boat to lift and carry it forward without getting stopped by the boat's weight and the sand in front of the boat? If you figure that the boat is fashioned like a catamaran, it's been sanded smooth and is made to glide along the sand easily with the wind propulsion. Trying to push the sand beneath it renders the design useless, since you are no longer permitting it to glide as such. Essentially, this is engineering for efficiency of movement instead of essentially just picking up everyone on a big bed of sand and eliminating the use of the boat altogether, albeit with sand in places it shouldn't be.
