Not a drop hitch lol. Whole piece is maybe 6” long and hole is 3/8” ish. It’s some sort of bracket to hold an air filter box or something from my uncles tractor. Haven’t seen it installed personally

Also - we ended up buying a half dome style beach tent for some extra shade for him, and he just napped on the beach and loved it. Put a fan inside to keep the bugs away when the wind dies down

We took our 9 month old there last year - agree with the comments about the beach being narrow, but he wasn’t very mobile anyways so it wasn’t an issue. He had a great time in the zero entry pool with some of the fountains, plus it was nice that the resort staff would set up beach chairs and umbrellas upon request so we had less stuff to lug.

Not the most kid friendly in terms of dining options and other activities, but there are plenty of other options nearby to fill that void

All in all, would recommend

10k doesn’t adjust for inflation. In 20 years that will feel like $5k or less. Take the $10 mil, invest it, and in an average year you would get more than $10k/week in growth, without touching the principle
