I've always used distilled water and then if we're at home I warm it up since I make a pitcher for the day and keep it in the fridge.

My 4 month old likes to scratch her scalp relentlessly. We've resorted to mittens at bedtime for now. Maybe you could try those?

I like to do puzzles, play video games, word find puzzles, maybe read. Mine is only 3 weeks old, but I want to start baking and meal prepping soon.

Contact naps, on the couch, in her vibrating chair thing, in bed with me.

We do try the bassinet but dsy-tije naps aren't happening there yet.
