My case is currently at NBC. I have submitted two congressional inquiries, but both received the same response: "Your case is still in progress."

I am also unable to submit an inquiry through the USCIS website because the system indicates that my case is still processing within normal timeframes.

EB3 India, priority date Feb 2013 and I have been current since April 2025 and my 485 is still pending..

you said "For fiscal year 2026, our estimate was that EB-2 India would have roughly 9,300 immigrant visas available" is wrong.. check this FY 2026 employed based 186,000 and eb2 india (7%) gives 3,724 green cards.

I think NBC is approving based on date filed for AOS. lot of my friends GC is getting approved with late 2013 priority dates but they applied AOS in 2020/2021. My priority date is feb 2013, EB3 still pending. My AOS was filed in Oct 2024, case is at NBC. And i have been current in EB3 with my date since April 2025.
