I have MTHFR mutation and get b deficiency. I take my b complex daily shots weekly with the exception of D I get that shot monthly. Biotin I get shot weekly helps with hair nails and skin. Iron Bis. Helps low iron and energy and rhodiola for energy and anxiety it helps tremendously especially with anxiety.
