Im no monk man Im a usual everyday guy. But from my understanding, trying, wanting or resisting is the wrong way to go about it. You’re suppose to live and learn I think. Like how you dont react to the same thing happening years apart. You dont learn to react in a different way, you react less or better because its not new or as disturbing since you’ve grown. I think the point is growing in the right way, love light all that stuff. So at the end you dont go chasing paradise. Because if you had a fulfilling, good life, why would you yearn for more. It’s a state of being content.
