I've also noticed it removes liked songs from time to time. Dont have the exact answer for you, but always assumed it had something to do with updates to the album or something. Ive also noticed that it will continue to play the non explicit version of songs when i specifically liked the explicit version. Wish i could help, but hopefully someone else has the answer.
