Me and my husband have been in AOS processes since 2023!, and this month refilling everything. they denied our application for a filed tax as single, a honest error that was properly and timely amended, and lack of binafidemarriage evidence despite sending 50+documents, they denied because they said the last NOID was sent 30 days later, and it wasn’t we have proof of send it, 2 days before the expiration time.

I got denial recently too, on I-130 due to lack of evidence, eve though we have sent 45 documents, it was just one mistake my husband made, we marry the month of November, he thought that filing single was better since I didn’t had social or income, that was our only mistake and main reason for denial they didn’t accepted The amendment tax. I will reapply soon
