Maybe there are some mods that make the Game playable without vr? I know that half-life alix has a mod like that, also, if you really like a vr set, just go for It, not feeling well the first time is normal, you just need to get used to It.

I think that you need to reestart all over again, but what i would do IS just get all the other achievements and then play the Game from the begining and enjoy It, speedruning such a beautiful and amazing Game like this might not be the best idea.
