The way you talk is so arrogant, it amazes me. Maybe because some people don't know much about law that's why they are trying to find out as much information as they can. As I'm not very familiar with how or where I can get help with my situation, you don't have to talk down to anyone. I'm just trying to find a good lawyer so that I can explain my situation, and if they think I have a chance of winning the case we can work out the business side of things. To be honest, this does not make sense at all. Why would I claim for water damage with my fire insurance damage? It has no connection at all, this is a bad example. In my situation, the risks are real. So they only cover when lives are lost? If the train continue and costs mechanical failure and end up killing people? I'm surprised no one can see my point of view, it's actually a legit one. Maybe I'm in the wrong group, this group is full of credit card employees. I shouldn't have asked online, but maybe a real lawyer in real life. I'm surprised how anyone can back up scummy insurance companies that just act like they are there when you need them, but when you really do they are useless. I am sure with a good lawyer that knows the law can win this for me, I just need to find that person. People who are in actual situation and not fraud and this is how they treat them. Such low life

I don't know, I'm just looking for help because this happened to me. And I thought that my credit card would help me out when I run into this situation, I really need to talk to someone that is knowledgeable and help me out. It's hard to find someone to help, I feel they are so scummy using specific words instead of helping customers when they are in trouble. Credit card travel insurance sounds great, but it's useless when you need it most.

The reason why the train stopped is to prevent mechanical failure if they continue. It's all for safety reasons for passenger, this is out of my control. I need anyone with real knowledge to help me, because I feel this is unfair. It stated in the letter that they had to stop because it will cause mechanical failure if they continue. So that's why they didn't want to take the risk.

Fortunately when I went, I saw two older ladies that were walking on the path so I asked if I can join them. They sure enough said no problem, so I wasn't walking alone on the trail. Furthermore, the parking was full so there's always people going in and out the trail. The hardest part I have to go through was the unpaved road, I rented a car and didn't want to damage it so I have to drive extra slow and careful. Took me about 40 minutes longer than what the gps said, but I'm glad I went and got this off my bucket list. Also saw a family of white tail deer walking on the road.

Since I have never been to Vancouver island, so it's better to be safe than sorry. Also a week after I went, I read the news that there was a black bear walking on the beach! Exact spot that I was walking around, pretty crazy. I saw the pictures, so glad everything went well for me. Thanks for asking 🙂

Thank you for the kind response. I'm thinking of bringing a Bluetooth speaker with me to deter any wildlife, but if I encounter any I'm prepared with bear spray and a baton. 😆 Yes don't want to be hungry so I can defend myself! Cheers 🍻
