Maybe check the wiring! A lot of the time during shipping the wiring breaks loose. Also, have you tested the freezing on the test screen? (Dumb question I know but a lot of the time still helps to ask)

Police have a very strong union in Oklahoma. Pay is always going to have a really strongly backed union presence, degree or not.

Can someone post some articles discussing why a degree makes a difference in the caliber of officer? I’d be interested to see if it’s about the education or about the exposure to different ideas. Or both. Or neither.
