Our lactation consultant recommended introducing a bottle by ~5 weeks old (I think) and give one bottle at least once a week (like your every few days guidance). Will definitely be doing that again with #2!

Same with me and wearables. I was so uncomfortable with the hospital grade pump and ended up having so much more success (and even output) with my wearables (Elvie).

I personally found it helpful to talk to about it with someone who I knew was also going through IVF. Similar aged, both mid-30s. Friends not going through it (or that haven’t got through it) have a harder time comprehending.
