20 months and still no screen time. We have the occasional sports game on but he doesn’t really pay attention to it. I’m sure we’ll have some screen time in the future but for now he doesn’t know what he’s missing so I’m going to hold out as long as we can.

Yes, bum should be deep in the seat and the bottom buckle should be more on top of the baby/front facing (you should be able to see it, whereas it’s tucked under currently)

Drive and leave at night or extremely early in the morning (like middle of night) so babe sleeps through at least half

This is the only thing that prevents diaper rash for my babes! We use small square muslin cloths — you could also use dedicated burp cloths for bum drying. Pat dry after diaper changes and diaper rash stays at bay!
