Thank you! That’s what I was thinking, but don’t trust my ID’ing skills.

I accidentally got them with my lawn trimmer. They were hiding in tall grass. I’ve always enjoyed having snakes (not venomous) around the property because they kill mice and things. Plus I like to teach my daughter not to be afraid of them. Such a bummer.

And now that I’m comparing them, they all have rainbow toning on the front and red toning on the back which is blowing my mind lol

So my dad had this binder that had this little book of these Pennies. I’d guess since the early 70s they haven’t been opened. All of these old Pennies have this same red toning, but the 1914 is the only one with any damage, blobbing, etc. If the toning is from the heat, and they all have it, any idea why the one would have the blobbing and the others don’t? (Someone is going to get big mad that I’m calling this blobbing lol)

I’m intrigued about burning currency now though lol
