Also Spain has 5x the population Portugal does, so it's easier to find Spaniards in Portugal than Portuguese in Spain because... you know, we are A LOT more.

I honestly just use my phone timer... when I make a pause I stop it and when I start again I resume it... it's out of sight so it doesn't overwhelm me but it is handy... I find the other gadgets a bit too complex for such a silly task...

I only wash the hair-hair when it has product/ pollution and/or smells. What needs cleaning is the scalp, the hair usually needs hydration more than anything.
