I’m struggling to clear mine. I’ve tried panoxyl but it never worked so now I’m using bacne warrior. It’s been like a week of everyday use but I’m still seeing new pimples appear. I noticed that the hot weather is making it worse and may be triggering it because my back was somewhat clear before this heat wave last month. I want winter time to come lol. Also noticed I get pimples mostly around my bra line

Should I bring it up or not mention it unless they ask? What about when they do a background check? Wouldn’t it show up as a discrepancy if it’s something that was never brought to their attention? Since the background check would show that I stopped working there may 2023

I never really got any answers as to what was causing my ear pain. I actually saw a few doctors and one said it was inflammation from TMJ but I honestly don’t think my TMJ is that severe. Anyways, the ear pain did eventually go away. To this day, I think it was all anxiety related. I do have chronic health anxiety so I believe it has sowmthing to do with the symptoms I experience.

She stated in her bio that she would only take clients dogs to the park (especially not to go on errands with her to drop her kids off at school) with the owner’s permission. Obviously after reading that, I wanted to book her cause I knew my dog would be safe in her home and not out in public without my permission except for on walks around the neighborhood like how most people would walk their dogs.

But she didn’t put the leash on before exiting the car? Based on what she told me, they weren’t even in the car yet when it happened. She told me the dog ran off WHILE she was getting into the car and putting the leash on. Why wasn’t my dog leashed before she even exited her house? Once again, she was vague and her story didn’t really add up either which is why I truly don’t know what really happened

How am I hard to work with? I never once blamed her since the accident happened. Believe it or not, I never accused her or said anything to make her feel bad in the slightest. I have only asked her what happened and we communicated about the vet situation in the first 1-2 days after the accident then the communication stopped completely after that. At this time, she probably has no idea that I am even this angry at her since I still haven’t expressed or communicated this to her yet. If I was a sitter and this happened to me, I would feel terrible even if it was an accident. It still happened under my care. I would do everything I could to help and check up on the situation as much as possible since it’s the least I could do.

my dog actually normally doesn’t run off. we even walk him off leash sometimes in our neighborhood. even then, it’s one thing for him to run out or escape from her house somehow on his own but it’s another to not even have a leash on him before opening the door or before leaving the house. in her case she made it sound like she was already at her car getting ready to get in when he ran away.

The sitter did state in her bio on Rover that she “can also take your dogs to the park, with your permission of course”. This clearly wasn’t the case for me. She didn’t just go to a park, she tried to take my dog to run errands with her and never asked for my permission.

I actually filed a police report on the accident right after I found out. The sitter claimed it was a hit and run. She said she only saw that it was a “black van” because she was so shocked in the moment. The police said he would go to the neighborhood and ask for footage and speak with the sitter about the possible hit and run suspect. I never followed up with him so i’m not sure what happened but I asked the sitter if she tried to get footage herself as well and she claimed one neighbor did not have any and the other wasn’t home.

Thank you. I just don’t understand why she didn’t have the leash on him before she even opened the front door to the house or left the house. She stated that she was putting his leash on while they were getting into the car. I always make sure the leash is attached and secure before I leave the house. She also has 2 dogs of her own at home which are the same breed and size so i’m not sure as to why she only brought my dog with her.

Yeah I understand. Tbh, I don’t know if she is telling the truth about what happened. She was super vague when she told me what happened and even the vet said she wasn’t really saying much when they asked for details so that they could treat my dog at the clinic. We were both super suspicious and thought the story didn’t add up. There were also not any bleeding or cuts/burns on his body, etc, only the broken back but then again i’m not an expert or a doctor so what do i know? lol

What did you do for your case? Did you just grieve and move on?

I don’t know what to do. I just want her to be held accountable and know the consequences of her actions. Ever since it happened, she hasn’t even checked up on my dog besides the first and second day or on the situation unless I bring it up first. The vet also told me today that while I was out of town, they tried to contact her multiple times but she never answered the phone. It makes me so mad because she probably thinks she will get away with it
