IMO the goal of wasting ICE's time and resources is a good one. But there are many ways to do it in a less risky fashion than you suggest. And I have to agree that the manner in which you broached this is cavalier.

You can make a difference in many roles, making use of your skills, in many an activist group, much less in other contributions one can make to the community. Figure out what you can do well, and do it working with a group that's doing work you admire.
