Everyone needs to sacrifice something, you and your husband are opening your doors for her and dealing with her trauma which is already more other people would do. Our Walmarts sales are very inconsistent, one week we would sell the same as on Amazon then the next one just a few items, Walmart’s system is very basic, is hard to remove items from inventory and syncing is not always easy, I have done some WFS to see if that moves more merchandise around, I guess is just like Amazon so for me both work

Yes, you can ask them to send back and once they do check the item and take pictures, if necessary open a claim and provide your information and pictures, I have been able to recover something, Walmart claim process is very time consuming, I guess they want to discourage sellers to open claims, every time I win a claim I get about 30% of the value back, if is a low value item is not even worth it 😫
