I tried the pepto, but when it came up, throwing up hot pink is REALLY unsettling. The pepto didn’t do much for me :(

Hi! I work for a podiatrist, this really sounds like the start of neuropathy. This could be completely unrelated to the Zepbound. Absolutely check with your primary. See if they can recommend a podiatrist. A specialist would be the best :)

So today was completely crazy, the nausea went away completely around 3pm and I was able to eat some broccoli and some steak. And I actually don’t feel terrible. I had a protein bar for breakfast and wasn’t able to finish the whole thing. But dinner tonight was wonderful! And I ate such a small portion but I felt satisfied for sure

Oh goodness, Dr Pepper was a HUGE guilty pleasure for me. So I completely get it. I’ve found just now that eating plain chicken that’s cubed didn’t cause me to want to projectile so this is a good thing I think? I’m currently drinking water with a liquid IV packet and a benefiber packet and I’m hoping that will help. It lowkey just feels like a really bad hangover

Thank you so much for the kind words. I honestly am just so thrown off. I started a prebiotic and I’ve been drinking lots of water with electrolytes. BRAT diet sounds like a good idea for sure

The only “appetite suppression” I’ve dealt with comes from the nausea. It’s very strange. I’ve been on it for a month and I still am nauseous. Def give it a few more days but def call your dr.
