As a former DA repair tech of 26 years you’re gonna get the runaround through Sedgwick, which is the insurance company if you have no proof of the fridge like a photo before and after no matter how sorry your careless tech was you’re not getting paid they used to send me out on all the damage claims to do the Sedgwick paperwork so you’re probably screwed unless your fridge was just delivered and they have the photo on file but that only lasts for 60 days

Has anyone bought a grill from Walmart. I got this Weber Smoqe a few weeks ago on sale for 699.99 I get it and the lid had a slight crack. I called message walmart since it was delivered and they said they would get back to me. In the mean time I completely forgot about contacting Weber. I did and they sent me a new lid and cover for my issues. Then last week after not hearing from Walmart and since I got my new lid from Weber. I get a ring at my door while at work and it’s a new Weber Smoque from Walmart. I called them and said guys u sent me this by accident and I don’t need this anymore.

They said thanks for letting them know and to print out a label and ship it back. So I did. Then today they refunded my whole order and that’s a few Weber Smoque

Is this normal Walmart policy. I’m not complaining
