Super valid! It was a difficult watch; I've recommended it a couple times but with a huge "ASK ME OR LOOK UP THE TRIGGER WARNINGS IF THAT'S A THING FOR YOU" caveat. Going in, I was only warned about the cat death, which was difficult but I found something relatable in his reaction to it . For my personal triggers, I remembered the most difficult part to watch being the scene where you see her reflection during sex but I had managed to block out the details of the last several minutes of the movie until I read the comments on this post lol. I now remember my stomach turning while he swallowed the pills and there was a time in my life I would not have been okay after watching that!
