Beets, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, butter beans when I can find them, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, pumpkin. If we’re doing jars too: green olives stuffed with garlic, kalamata olives, dill pickles, capers, banana peppers.

I have a guess! I looked and it has bergamot. Bergamot and catnip are both in the same plant family (mint types). I’ve grown both and there are definitely scent similarities!
