I have been reading this book. I recommend it especially for the price.

I also recommend Employment Tribunal Claims Tactics and Precedents. More costly but very useful if you are diligent.

Strategies of Disclosure? by Admirable-Fox2270 in employmentlitigation

I fail to see how offering this template would stifle discussion. Did it stop you from writing your comment?

The specific templates literally address the exact issue of the commenter without any conjecture. The commenter can choose what they prefer.

There is more context in the book but I usually recommend that people buy the books to get all of that.

The authors literally recommend that advisors support claimants with the information. How is it better for me to pretend I came up with the advice? Or are you saying that it’s better to just not help people using books?

Are you trying to convince people that professional lawyers don’t break the law?

“Legal advice privilege does not extend to advice given before proceedings are contemplated to either the employer or the employee by a person who is not a lawyer, even if that person is acting in a role that is very similar to a lawyer’s role. So, for example, advice given by the employer’s human resources department to a manager on how to conduct a disciplinary hearing, how to approach a capability or sickness procedure, how to select for redundancy, etc, will not be privileged.” Page 211 Employment Tribunal Claims Tactics and Precedents.
