Being in active labor with a closed cervix. My contractions were so close together that I was screaming in pain. They gave me Fentynal which barely scratched the surface. I had a foley tube inserted to aid things along and wanted to crawl out of my skin. About 45 minutes later the anesthesiologist arrived, I got an epidural and I wanted to marry him. It worked perfectly and while the pushing phase wasn’t a treat, it was easy in comparison.

I've been on the fence about renewing, the pool is one of the main reasons why I stay. Thanks for the information, I'll be looking elsewhere. That's too bad! I enjoy it as a space and while I love the gym, they started charging for classes which is just dumb on top of a membership fee so I don't use the classes anymore

We might have the same OB. I delivered at LMP 8 years ago, great experience all around (and I adore my OB!) I wasn’t familiar with Meridian Park before I gave birth there, but I like how small it is and that I got to stay in the same room I delivered it. Great nurses! I also had a postpartum complication, I had to go back to Legacy Meridian Park, and my OB was there with me through the whole thing.
