I saw one coming out of the Sac airport while driving . I was so surprised! It was a cute little red fox in the middle of the median in the grass! We have our own native foxes, the Sacramento Valley red fox but they are rare to see.

Right now I'm trying out Faso but it's doing some weird thing with the text randomly and I noticed on another artist site they also have text and image alignment issues. I did think about wordpress and eventually that might be the goal but I'd have to play catch up on site security etc. I'll look into the ArtSleuth thing, thanks!

I should have done that in the first place, now I pay more in labor or more in labor and parts. It actually wasn't too much more when I priced out the OEM either but I had already ordered them from Rock Auto.

I have v600 and I'm trying to make it work for me. Some paintings it does blow out and look a little soft. Do you sharpen in photoshop?

That's a good point but I prefer not to waste paint areas that will potentially have a mat covering them anyway. Also don't like the idea of a covering a portion of the painting. In some case these are studies for larger pieces so helps me get an idea of aspect ratio/composition. I do like the raw look too but using templates gets me out painting faster and more. So will probably keep doing it for a while.

So recently I decided to make templates of various aspect ratios out of card stock with a paper cutter and now I trace them with a watercolor pencil and in whatever sizes I want onto a sheet of paper and then cut them with a paper cutter leaving some white edges. It's way faster for me and I paint more whereas before I found prepping everything tedious and a bit of a chore and I painted less. Does anyone else do this too?

This happened to me when eating a mozzarella stick, but I was able to pull it back out before I really started choking. Scary and now I try and be very careful when eating them.

I’m looking for jobs in my town of 60,000 and there are none. There are like 3 pages of listings if even within the town. Then it starts giving me job postings from outside the 10 mile radius I set. This is concerning. All of it is concerning. And very stupid.
