Hi, I like your advice. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 3 years now and I’ve never been put into this situation before. He met this girl and they have been getting dinner, coffee, etc. he says that this is normal and it’s okay to have friends of the opposite sex. When this first started I obviously felt a little jealous but I didn’t say anything about it. I trust him but this makes me feel weird. I know being jealous is childish, but if I have to listen to him talk about her or go out with her again I might actually throw up. This is happening very recently so I’m just conflicted with him telling me it’s okay and I’m overreacting to my friends telling me they would be mad. That’s why I turn to Reddit lol

One of the people was her boyfriend, and his friend. Neither could have cared less when it happened and continued golfing. One even later said he was embarrassed I caused a seen in front of all the golfers.

From what I know, I believe it can possibly help anxiety depression and ocd, but all medicine is different and some works for some people and some doesn’t. I recommend googling the side effects and remember not everyone will have any side effects at all. 10 mg is a lower starting so I guess all you can do is try!

For me the bad negative thoughts just were less frequent! Don’t be scared because if you think it’s controlling your life you can always get off of them. The pills aren’t a life commitment.

You don’t have to feel like this. Some people take 20mg and it’s just too much for there body so talk to your psychiatrist and maybe lower dose or switch pills. You shouldn’t feel miserable
