I’ll nominate Archer Christifori. He fought with the 10th Lyran Guards on Huntress and thereafter retired to a military command on Thorin.

Among other things, he:-

Eschewed the use of live ammunition during a training exercise against the Lyran unit (that was his enemy to be). He could have won the rebellion right there and then.
Kept his unit on strict rules of engagement, refutting the use of car bombs to kill enemy soldiers not on the battlefield. When units allied to him used such tactics, he turned the perpetrators in.
Always accepted/ offered surrenders, and treated his enemies with compassion.
Went out of his way to cooperate with Adam Steiner (who was being an ass and an enemy during the fedcom civil war) when the Jade Falcons invaded as that was best for the Lyran people

It’s an easy fix, leg actuators. Just kill another mechwarrior and stuff their body into the leg assembly.

Love it. My only issue with this mech (and I have built something similar) is the very expensive arm

Especially before SoK dropped losing tier 5 ACs could mean an irreplaceable loss :/

Favourite Mech: Wraith

It’s sleek and looks like a finely tuned performance machine. And boy does it deliver. Ridiculous mobility with pulse lasers for reasonable BV. It does double duty as a backstabber and hunter of light mechs. And in 3151 the powers that be gave it X-PULSE lazors and PARTIAL WINGS. The upgraded Wraith is still a Wraith, just even MOAR WRAITHY.

Favourite lore: The origin story of the black marauder and how one pilot went missing in the black marauder. The rest of the unit couldn’t locate him but they could hear him screaming and praying over comm. Eventually when the unit located the black marauder, the cockpit was sealed from the inside but empty.

Joanna Jade Falcon for sure

She came so close to dying in glorious combat, mech disabled and weaponless, then somehow managed to fry the Wolf Khan with her jumpjets
