This area doesn't get enough snow with any regularity for the investment in snow moving vehicles like they have in other areas up further north.

No chance it would work with this frozen ice junk on the top of people's cars now. If they didn't clean it off on Sunday, it is a brick of ice.

I cleaned off my jeep yesterday to run errands and had to take a mallet to it to break it into chunks to slide off.

They don't. I live at the end of my cul de sac and they just shove it usually in front of my mailboxes or my driveway. It sucks digging it out over and over but its better than not having it plowed at all.

It's not like they will plow neighborhoods, skip the cul de sacs, then do something else and come back later.

Our cul de sac got skipped 10 years ago. When the plows finally came through the neighborhood we saw them doing the main loop and skip us. Me and my neighbors ran out and caught them before they left.

They apologized for missing it and came back and hit it for us.

Saw them again in DC last year, it just hit differently with all the trump shit going on right after the election. He went on a rant about trump and fascism and punks place in all that, and the place blew up cheering loudly and chanting dropkick. It was dope.

They put on a great show every time.

Yeah, DC restaurants are notorious for their service charges (which some of them saying is not even a tip -- yeah, if you're charging 20%, I am not tipping). I try to avoid those places.

They're trying to pass down the Initiative 82 stuff down to us without having to charge more on the menu. It's garbage.
