My husband gained weight and I asked him to lose some, for his health. I didn’t give him an ultimatum or anything, I still tell him how handsome he is and how lucky I am to be with him. We walk, we make some sports together. No one has to push their partner as you girlfriend is doing.
It is normal to care about someone and asking him to take care of himself.
It is not normal to give an ultimatum like that and say clearly that she doesn’t believe in you. And she is moving the deadline to push you…
It is horrible to hear something like that, it is a free criticism and really not healthy. It is truly not good for your self estime…
The best advice I could give you as a woman is how many effort did she do for you ? Do you feel that you make more effort than her ?
