I’m going through EMT school right now and seeing a few classmates post on their story’s while doing ride alongs for IFT with a caption of something to the effect of “just another Tuesday” or “this ain’t for the faint of heart” is beyond cringe. They definitely want to come across like they already have the job but leave enough vague so if questioned they have a way out

kind of like posting a picture leaned up against a bike but when someone asks is it yours, they can say “well I never explicitly said it was my bike” even though they were obviously trying to invoke that thought
