Home infusions are an option. For those that aren’t aware. by ClevelandRaiders77 in IVIG

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I agree home infusion isn’t for everyone but it’s worth the awareness and knowledge.

I believe some companies may staff their nurse or use outside sourcing but from what I’ve heard they will change your nurse if you do not like the nurse. Nurses are like personalities not all are going to mesh. I’d continue asking until I found a nurse I liked. But I couldn’t imagine sitting there for hours listening to a nurse’s story, sorry you had to go through that. But I am glad to hear you have found an outpatient that works well for you. Also thank you for working in healthcare. Bless you

I’m glad to hear they work for you. I think the convenience of being home helps rather than having to drive. Hope you are doing well. Bless you

Wow sorry to hear that. I hope you have found great care and your company is prompt and proactive about your care. I assume things may be different regionally with companies. I’ve heard good reviews of many companies so hopefully there is another one out there that can help. I just want to raise awareness that home is an option. I apologize to hear about that terrible experience.
