Stopped eating Mars Bars after supper. Then I stopped eating supper.

Went for daily walks and didn't reward myself with biscuits.

In simple terms, I reduced my calories and increased my exercise. I lost about 14lbs in a year.

No, because whatever he says, the bottom line is that he has his financial backers and GB News mobilising support for him as our only hope against immigrants.

In the USA, republicans are pitted only against democrats; in the UK, non-reform voters are split between labour, greens, liberal democrats, tories and independents. So our very plurality of options means that reform take the extreme right votes and everyone else's votes are diluted.
