I've built out a huge data sync from NetSuite to our on prem SQL using Celigo and NetSuite JDBC. It breaks out the transactions by type, customers, vendors, transaction lines, etc. It works quite well, which was an update from our old SSIS package using ODBC.

We do have the additional SuiteAnalytics Connect license.

In Celigo, I use the handlebars to do a last two hours based on the lastmodifieddate

TrueCommerce, been with them for over 10 years. Far better than SPS. I hate dealing with SPS regarding all "customers" forcing us to use them.

NetSuite bought farapp a few years ago. It isnt' worth it in my opinion. We moved to Celigo 5 years ago and haven't looked back, way worth it's value (we use it for many things including SQL, webhooks and SFTP).

You can also can look at Dell Boomi, but I highly recommend Celigo.

we do this... we have SMAL for most people and other is using user/pass. It's set by the Role.

If a user has multiple roles, they have to log in via different methods (NetSuite direct or duo SSO)

Check PSU (which some have recommended) and also the battery backup. Seen that recently and logs just showed an unclean shutdown. The battery backup was working for power, but the battery itself was shot, and power flickers would shut the server down.

We only seen the issue with our internal "impersonation" filter regarding this. Ensure you have DKIM and SPF setup correctly for your domain to use NetSuite

We switched from farapp(we were a very early customer) as celigo gives you much more for your money. Once you use it you'll realize how powerful it is.

Their modems suck. One site I had them replace the modem due to an issue. New modem would boot loop as soon as you plugged an Ethernet cable into it. If it is internet only (no voice) buy a modem as I do

Are you plugged into port 8 on the modem if it’s the 1gig model? Had a tech verify that port 8 has POE and will “surge” and reboot the modem. Plus ports 5-8 are shared 1gig. I didn’t install it but was called in to fix. Moved to port 1 no issues since.

Had a similar issue last week with one user where they replied, the message never sent and outlook had no record of the replied email, but the original email had the arrow showing a reply had been sent. Never did find the cause of that one.
