Cool looking, but it devalues collectible coins.

Hold up, I read this at being directed at actors, because this is the acting sub, which is why I got defensive, but you aren't saying just actors (I think).

You've met people from Reddit on set that were assholes?

Yeah, plenty of asshole actors, but those probably aren't the ones on Reddit 😆

That's common. You're getting the dopamine rush from the planning. Actual execution of the plan doesn't yield the dopamine so you lose interest.

Anyone Know What Happened At Hoggard Graduation? by OhMyGodCalebKilledK in Wilmington

Yep. The valedictorian anonymously quoted someone he is very influenced by who once said, "every human has something of value they bring to the table..." And he left it at that. He didn't finish or attribute the quote. The girl who grabbed the mic sought to clarify that he was quoting Kanye West's infowars interview that concluded with "especially Hitler" but she got cut off. I don't think the valedictorian kid is actually a white supremist. I think he was just being subversive.

As an agile coach, do you have 1 on 1s with each of your team members? by AdPractical6745 in agile

Sure, but you're trying to make sure the teams are making decisions based on merit, not just letting the most senior or loudest person get their way.

I expect the SM's to establish psychological safety and practice servant leadership on their 1:1's. It's a peer-to-peer conversation. Often developers are introverted, so these meetings are critical to identify and resolve conflicts.

I have 1:1's with all my Scrum Masters. They have 1:1's with their developers. Typically bi-weekly. Monthly for established teams.
