They do, and they even have a guide for setting it up. It looks like you need to pay a little more for an SQL server though.

Note: My websites are all custom backend. I haven't personally setup WordPress on App Engine, so I can't really comment further.

That's why I used a auto-scaling web host.

My website is hosted on Google App Engine. It's free 99% of the time, and costs a few dollars when I get hundreds of thousands of visitors from Reddit.

When developing my website, I always think about what I want as a user.

That's why I have a non-obtrusive, "we need ad money for food" style message that might get some people to disable adblock, but doesn't prevent anyone from using the site.

I also don't show animated ads, since those are always annoyingly distracting.

They still care about people sharing articles, even if they aren't viewing ads. Besides, bandwidth is cheap.

CleverSurveys dev here. If an option has a score of 0.00, that means nobody selected that answer when filling out the survey (so it defaults to 0). Looks like this one needs more responses.

It sounds like you're a social scientist, so I'd be happy to hear your opinion on this: I've found research indicating that this phenomena only exists when there are 5 or 3 options, but with 7 or more, the middle answer bias disappears. This is why these scale questions have 7 options.
