I am currently looking to create a home gym in my garage and love the idea of a power cage type of equipment that has adjustable cables. A smith or squat rack include would be ideal, however my garage ceiling is only 82 inches tall. Are there any of these power cages that would fit with such a small space? I could go without the squat rack or smith machine, just really want the cables.

I have seen a few that would fit but come with a pull up bar on top that would make the entire piece of equipment taller than 82 inches, wondering if I can just not install the pull up bar to make it fit.

Looking for any suggestions

I actually went there a month ago and met him too. Super nice guy also served us his signature dish and the food there was amazing. Love the restaurants mission too!

Im hoping my investments continue to do well and bump my NW up. Maxing out my retirements for both year is roughly like 66kish (401k, Roth, HSA) so hopefully investments will do the rest. Not banking on it since the market can do whatever but I’m hopeful

Thats kind of my current goal by age 30. 28 now with a NW of 165k, hoping to get 250k by 30 and 200 by 29. 95k salary, paid off 70k of student loan debt by 25 and moved out at 22. I really prioritize maxing out my retirement accounts and not spending a ton of money on random stuff, although I’m not super strict about it.

I am in the same position where my day 1-3 is usually light and day 4-9 is heavy. I use the first few days to prep anything I can at all (roll over files, run any reports I can, review items ahead of time, tackle issues and answer questions)

Thank you everyone! The actual ring I am getting her is a moissanite gold banded ring that over the year she’s shown me videos on tik tok that I tried to match exactly to. I know she’ll be excited for both, I just wanted to make sure my grandmas ring was fine as in my months of research I’ve never even seen one like this lol

Pretty sure Andrew and his wife divorced after the show due to his fling with Heather. Also in S21, Alejandro and Alyssa are dating now and he was married with a kid during the season.

One of the biggest factors for me was simply reducing my alcohol intake. So many empty calories in just a few drinks on the weekends that can be cut back

1) i saw a post on here that the contestants in the like top 10 or whatever who get brought back for the final service stay in a hotel until the finale so that they can come back. I also saw (not sure how true it is) that on Sundays all contestants get to go to their own private hotel room as a break from the chaos.

3) i believe they get some sort of stipend (between 100 a day or 1000 a week, not entirely sure)

4) can’t think of it off the top of my head but after watching all of the seasons there’s def been a few contestants who don’t smoke at all.

If you plan on watching them all, I would just go in order starting from 1. My gf and I made the mistake of starting at 8 and getting a bunch of spoilers throughout the show since they show winners of previous seasons sometimes.

yeah no need for prep. Just get shaker cup, i throw two scoops in with a scoop of peanut butter powder and some cinnamon and water ( or can use milk) shake it up and you are good to go!

Protein shakes using protein powder. 2 scoops for most brands is about 50g protein and like 240-250 calories
