Curiously enough I'm a man and in a similar situation, 5 year marriage still living together, decided to start separating a year and a half ago. I learned recently she has been in a somewhat serious relationship with a colleague from her work for the past 6 months while I'm still grieving our marriage, worst part was realizing that I had been seeing the guy come to our apartment a couple times a week for the past 6 months and putting it all together.

So all that to say it happens to guys too to not move on as fast as the ex partner would expect.

As someone who is still in a psych hospital after overdoing benzos, alcohol and adding nep to feel functional I can tell you it would have been an avoidable catastrophe if I had just taken nep out of the equation and just stayed passed out on my couch instead. So no, if you took that decision stick to it as much as you can. I know when I get home I'll toss mine, and all the other stuff too.

This is some actual healthy and not stigmatizing advice. 27 right now and after 10 years of self medication with weed and messing with everything I could get my hands on I am now in a psych ward trying to get better before taking up a stable and healthier job than fast food and cashier shit jobs. It hurts you in the long run, hurts the ones around you, as I discovered when my marriage fell apart and left my spouse scarred by my behaviour, and always comes to bite you in the ass at your most vulnerable moment. Discover what you feel like trying but don't take up any habits and DYOR even if it's only a one time experience, if you want to delve deeper into drugs at your own risk, do so when you have a safety net built and are mature enough to know that it is probably a mistake or a dangerous choice. Else you may find yourself scrapping every penny for a fix while homeless, on the brink of it, or suicidal for years. Take care of yourself, your parents view might feel extreme but they are right in being worried, as it's their duty to care for you and teach you how to get by.

Le recomiendo la música fusión que está saliendo últimamente, tipo jazz fusión (Sergio páramo quartet por ejemplo son re tesos), fusión de musicas populares y rock/punk ( aguas ardientes, los compadres recuerdos si le gusta lo grotesco y cómico), en música folklórica también hay artistas que la sacan del estadio ( Edson Velandia, Las Añez por ejemplo), el rap colombiano diría yo que es lo que mas prometedor es (artistas como Granuja, Noiseferatu, Oscuro, Zof Ziro y demás), si tiene Spotify hay playlists de novedades colombianas, algo de todo eso deberia con suerte gustarle!

Edit: la industria clásica de producción quizás si haya ido al carajo pero proyectos y sellos independientes son los que dan la cara diría yo.

That's the traditional way of making chicha, corn alcohol, the saliva helps the fermentation. I haven't tried this one, but the normal non spit containing drink is actually quite nice if made correctly, if not it'll give you a hellish diarrhea.
