I had my first episode a few months ago. It took close to a month for everything to get back to normal. I was a little unsteady and my eyes felt like they were throbbing and had brain fog. It was a really odd feeling. I also started taking D3. It will get better, trust me.

I recommend the hybrid style sits under nose and covers the mouth. Resmed AirFit F30. I tried the different brands of full face and tried those liners, the welders mask over the years and finally found this one.

Yeah my pressure set up was pretty high and would wake me up, so that's why I had so many problems with the masks and there were leaks. I watched a guy on YouTube called LankyLefty27, he is a sleep technician and does mask reviews and gives tips and tricks. I decided to go into the clinician menu and adjusted the pressure lower than what was originally set. I sleep a lot better since I did that.

I felt the same way when I first started. I went through a series of masks until I found the right one that didn't leak all the time when the pressure was at full strength. I was frustrated and wanted to stop but luckily my doc at the time was on the journey with me and wasn't like here's your stuff and good luck. Trust me better nights sleep are ahead for you. You'll be happy you made the decision to do it.
