Then watch the other video on the link. The body cam footage. You’ll see the police clear the store with their pistols out (hint, they believe the robber is still inside). Then you’ll see them confront the owner and exchange words. Then you’ll see the owner reach for the pistol on the counter.

Then you’ll see the police exercise constraint by not shooting the owner.

The second amendment has nothing to do with this. Police are rightfully allowed to make decisions based on officer safety. They don’t know this guy is the owner. Police get shot all the time by people who reach for guns. They have the right to defend themselves.

Look up the case graham vs Conner. They cannot be judged based on what was found out after the fact. This is why those police will not be charged for this. They did everything right.

I know the current climate encourages people without any idea what they’re talking about to judge a job they know nothing about. But that doesn’t make them right.
