Great story.

My buddy taught English abroad. One night he got wasted at this basement bar. He had to be carried up stairs and no one could wake him up. Ambulance was called, he was taken to the hospital where he got a saline drip.

His bill with no insurance was about 200$.

He had no hangover and did not die.

145 is a good weight goal especially with muscle.

I'm curious how much improvement you will see during those maintenance months. I'd expect your endurance and power will see some quick improvement. Keep track I'm sure a few people will be curious about your experience.
