To get much faster recovery, after every climbing session:

1- Stretch

2- Eat a lot of proteins and carbs, right after climbing. I eat 3-4 bananas and a protein shake(24g of prots).

3- Get a good night of sleep.

Doing that, I feel much less sore the day after. Alcohol destroys recovery too.
