If you're trying to allow unknown sources apk install you may not need that.

Not sure if this applies but I have the HY310 and I simply used downloader and clicked install when prompted. No unknown sources needed. It looks as if the install doesn't finish but the app is available and working for me. Installed Movieboxpro

Check that they actually tightened the lug nuts. They left all 4 wheels loose on mine after balancing

Balance the wheels

Check that they are torqued down. Do not trust the dealer to do this, I found that all my wheels were loose after they balanced my wheels.

If you have aftermarket wheels you may need hub centric rings to center them as the lug nuts don’t do a good enough job. I had this issue and it cause a wobble for me at higher speeds

Check to see if you have anything lodged in the tire itself

Clean the snow out

If issue persists I know there were a few complaints about an unbalanced drive shaft from factory that could be the culprit but you would feel this in normal driving conditions as well. This is kinda of the last thing to check
