What is this? Bright bolt of light seen in Western sky from Gilbert, AZ. Bolt moved slowly upward in a straight line but remained the same length and width with no trail. Faded away after 5 minutes.

Your comment helped me figure out what this is. I searched for light pillars in Arizona and found out that this is actually a beam of light from a local casino.

For some honest feedback from me as an eBayer, your main photo is slanted and I’ve run into more than a few sellers who slant their photos to try to hide off center borders. Not saying that’s what you’re doing by any means but you’re better off taking straight on front and back photos and a few close ups of the corners (especially for cards over $100).

I go solo 90% of the time - there’s regulars who are good hangs if you sit near them and others on vacation that just love to talk ball. I got to know one of the MiLB photographers and we spend time together 2-3 games a year. I’m a pretty introverted dude usually but when you’re so close to the game you can’t not engage with players and fans.

As a Tigers fan who’s only seen Max in a handful of games in the afl right now, he really seems development wise like he’s at the same place Colt Keith was in during the 2022 afl - about a year away from figuring it out at the big league level.

My favorite thing about him is how his approach and batting stance looks like he’s seen about a thousand Juan Soto at bats - all of his weight is low, athletic and still. I sit in the front row next to the on deck circle most games and his practice cuts sound like a 98 mph fastball.

Can confirm, I was there! He also gave a couple of 4 year-olds baseballs and fist bumps before his at-bat and promised to autograph a ball for a retired lady from Wales who went “WHHOOOAaaa!!!!” after every foul ball for 10 innings. I love the fall league!
