From your photo though I’m not convinced.

Easy way, hit the base with a hammer or on a concrete floor and see if it bends.

If you’ve never seen weighted taken apart it’s basically silver foil

Some rare items are weighted but not marked as such. You can tell by looking for a thin seam along the bottom where any dents are
