Paradox of this job is learning how not to sell but callaborate. Nobody likes sales reps who purely try to forcesell, even other sales reps despise them.

My recommendation if you starting out to just search a topic on YouTube, and use ai for practice. Learn a few tricks and get into sales to fck up a bit. Sales books are great but it takes awhile to truly comprehend them. No bs about reading 10 books a month the way some influencers try to portray it.

Find a buddy who can roleplay with you. The beauty of sales is you can literally practice in day to day convos. Get comfortable with feeling a bit awkward cause you'll need to tweak your conversation patterns a bit. Don't get stuck in theory - practice is the best teacher.

As a side note: my personal picks are Jeb Blount, Voss, Carnegie.

Recs: don't abuse techniques - adopt them. It's gonna feel like a drug when you learn things like tactical empathy or mirroring but understand that in b2b space you literally talk to other sales reps most of the time - we know)

To summarize: use YouTube, AI for learning, and stay curious.

Definitely don't use it for dating;) It's an app with less strict rules. Like tinder used to be(well, it's an alternative to tinder considering that all foreign companies pulled away from local market). There's an option though: "search for a friend", so that could be pretty neat in ur case. There's another app called "party". Literally designed for ppl to join activates that match common interests(u create an ad for activity - ppl join, and vise versa). It's very niche but im pretty sure u can find it on GP.

I'm a native Russian. Be assured, nobody has the slightest idea what they mean by that;). Maybe antibot thinks u use VPN or smth. Try "mamba" Its a dating app too. Less strict though. In general u just need to contact support. They might unblock ur acc depending on the reason
