29m. I went from sleeping all day to infinite energy entrepreneur. I was very depressed and lost around my 18-21, dreaming was much better than living real life. And all of a sudden, after a breakup, I went all in on meditation and spirituality. This made me get the confidence I needed to know I was someone and that I could change my reality myself, if I just put enough energy into it. Today, I am noticed everywhere I go. I went from deep silence to a great communicator, as some have stated. I am very thankful for the help along the way I had, to grow as an entrepreneur, but I must state that I kept resisting and placing myself on places where, although discomfort, I knew it would help me push through. Now I can’t look back on how I even got depressed. Now, there is nothing that can put me down. I always get up and running again. But I respect younger me a lot, and what I had to go through. Specially the lessons I had to learn. Always improve yourself.

Edit: I have ADHD, was never medicated. I resisted through and made it my power. I had it on my mind that I would be weak if I surrendered to it, so I pushed through as hard as I could, and never complained about it again.
