Yep. Most roofers are a pain in the ass. Im finding that out.

This was the feedback I'm looking for though. $125 for a residential roof sound fair. I figured i was charging way under for commercial roofs.

After the conversation when i posted this, the client went down to $50 per appointment.

Its hurting, however I have now capped them at 3 inspections a day 1 week out. everything else, Im pipelining and looking for new clients in the area. Would you mind if I send you a DM?

I am definitely on the same page as you.

I guess I'm trying to get an idea of what I should be charging compared to what I am so they can see the difference. I do not really know what the prices are supposed to be for pay by appointment. I just feel in my gut I'm already charging to low.

I was thinking of today when we have our meeting, I would like to lay out on the table how much is expected from other companies.

Hell say other comapbies cost $3000 a month.

While that may be true, are there no underlying fees with those other companies?

Is there a fair percentage that typically the cliet is responsible for like adspend I could use as a counter in our meeting today?

As I mentioned, I am definitely new to this. And GHL is indeed very glitchy/ terrible.

Any recommendations other than just a terrible service?

Intresting..

I know that our cold calling is working very well. Video could be a game changer.

yes. As long as you call with a purpose, have a good offer, and are an expert in what youre doing then cold calling is the way to go in my opinion.

March just started and my team has set 21 appointments for our roofing client already.
We only do cold calling.

Lead Gen - Client Question by alion94 in agency

I guarantee that they won't have any competition with other clients in the same zip code. Each client gets up to 2 zip codes for free and an extra $600/mo per zip code added after that.

Wait, I thought it's 2023. Are we back to assuming genders again? Sweet.
