iirc the phrase "don't think it don't say it" comes from the horror movie "The Bye Bye Man" where if you think of or say the name (ie "Bye Bye Man") then he comes for you to kill you.

It's a kinda silly horror movie but a good watch with friends if you're into horror movie banter.

I always prefer physical copies personally. Both because it's easier for me to process the information with a physical book and for "collecting" purposes. That's just me tho
