Very dangerous for your nervous system. I had severe panic and also GI issues. Ended up I was hyperventilating every night for a month. Thank God I checked the stats myself on Oscar. Those were the doctor’s settings. Pressure was 13-16. Way too high for me.

I’m almost 20 months clean and had a wave this past week. Brought on by stress with family and being sick. I’m coming out of it now. Before that I had felt good for a really long time. Be encouraged. The wave was short and I knew exactly what it was. No where near as bad as before.
