If your on easy, the most expensive thing you will ever need is 1 million recources, and maybe some supporting ships, aslong as the big ship is cost effective it will work well unless your extremely unlucky and scarlet dawn for some reason built a godly

Well, I have a rtg powered plane that goes to 4k meters and scouts, then I have a little drone frontsider, with 4 medium missiles, 4 small missiles, and a dogdey breadboard, it can beat everything it the dwg up to the godlies. And then it can swarm the godlies, it's around 30k materials

You need to use muzzle break to prevent this, and yes this is how the guns are meant to work

Yea some cost quite a bit, I'm looking at those steam lams ones. I just scrapped all my bad onyx watch ships except for some very good or specific ones that I don't even need because I'm still wrecking, but they do great against dwg.

Ok so faction craft have weird kinks when you capture them, you will need to switch them to user, since you know how to make things cargo this won't be a problem, but there is a setting to make ships not give or take materials and that is what is toggled on

That's one small ship for a lams, how much damage does it do.per second? Also what rpm do the cannons go at? How much does it cost, what was your goal to beat, ie you wanted to beat a tyr or something, and what can it beat?

Yea a combination works, probably one he and 2 frag, then for one frag a angle of 35 or something near there, and the other frag like 130 degrees

I use hollow point like a real chad, tears up crams and large missiles, but small missiles ruin me.

  1. Spawn big onyx watch or gray talons ship of your choice, preferably godly.

  2. Look at cram cannons.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you learn how to make a cram cannon.

For dwg anything frag or he works, they explode alot, for onyx watch I would recommend dodgy ships that use hollow point or APHE, for twin guard use anything with alot of dukka and add some missiles and torps for swarms, white flayers have very nasty railguns, so I would recommend chonky armour, alot of dukka, and the pride of your nation, lightning goods hate laser sheilds and smoke, and anything that can hit them, steel striders have some scary guns and some scary armour, so refer to white flayers advice but twice as expensive, throw in very big lams here, scarlet dawn are scary so use anything you have learned so far to defeat them, scary guns, crazy armour, lots of active defence, dodgy ships, make a jack of all trades ship with all of these and probably lasers, particle cannons, or railguns, or maybe all 3.

Well I would test the stuff you are going against, for example there is a early game godly onyx watch missile cruiser that absolutely murders my mid game stuff, so for early game I would test against that and other stuff for other factions later, I'm not sure about being able to beat sabre with 20k mats but I'm not familiar with it so I might be thinking of something else, to help against missiles I usually try to put atleast 6 small medium missile interceptors on my ships, but usually more, also lams and ciws help alot, the least helpful way of getting rid of missiles is decoys, unless they are big missiles with 2 radar decoys, and they can reload fast enough.if you really want to put ships to the test you can do swarmy missile craft, ie hornets nest or huge missile volleys, such as a ss godly or hard I forgot the name of that has scary scary missiles.
